Well we have arrived safely in Winnipeg. We are SOO sad to be away from our Nannys & Papas but I guess having Daddy back home with us is sort of the trade off. Either way we are gonna miss you all so much xoxoxo.
The drive here was so LONG but it was great to stop and meet our Great Nanny Laporte and our Great Uncles & Aunts from Daddy's side. We also stopped in to see Aunty Tracy & Uncle Dave who gave us some really nice stuffed bees that kept us happy during the drive(thank you xoxo). We stopped to see Paula and Azariah who wasn't as little as the last time we saw him, in fact he is bigger than us though he is 5 months older than us... *Mommy is that normal, are we gonna be midgets???* .....
We FINALLY got to meet Mommy's lovely friend from University, Raquel. We can't wait to meet her new baby. Oh by the way Raquel we like the name Sean, ;-)!!
We also got to see Ken & Jenn & Kayla again too but we were SO disappointed that they didn't bring baby Amelia, maybe next time we'll meet her. But it was really fun to play with Kayla.
The best was seeing Sheryl & Nichloas again! Oh I (Emma) love Nicky, we are gonna get married some day. Mommy said it was ok to kiss so we did lots xoxox. He was so romantic!!
Oh but the BEST BEST BEST part of all was the swimming pools at the hotels we stayed at. Mommy & Daddy had no idea we were such swimmers. We LOVE to swim and do it so well. Mommy & Daddy are so proud of us. We hope to be able to get into swimming lessons, but we'd have to make time for our dancing, singing and other sports too. Its tough being so talented!! ;-)
Oh and guess what we discovered we knew how to do... awhile back Mommy & Daddy taught us to play "Patty Cake"... well we like to sing and do the actions all on our own now.
I (Paige) have to say that I blew Mommy & daddy away the most during this trip though. I CAN COUNT TO 10!!!! Yep, no word of a lie, 18 months old and I can count to 10!! Hopefully someday Mommy will get it on video tape to show everyone just how smart I really am!!!
Well I am sure we will be updating everyone more often now since we are here in Winnipeg now!! So keep checking to read about our accomplishments and exciting happenings!!!
